A string of unusual incidents has left students and faculty at Mohanlal Sukhadia University in Udaipur on edge after a single squirrel reportedly attacked more than 18 people. The unexplained aggression from the small mammal has turned the normally peaceful campus into a zone of caution, as victims were forced to seek urgent medical treatment for bite wounds.
Rapid Attacks Across Campus
The series of incidents occurred over a short period, with the squirrel targeting individuals in various locations across the university grounds. Witnesses described the animal as acting uncharacteristically bold, approaching students and staff before suddenly lunging to bite. Most of the injuries were reported on the hands and legs of the victims.
University authorities have confirmed that at least 18 people reported bites, prompting an immediate response from the local health department.
