Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has formally assured various government employee associations that the state administration is committed to resolving their long-standing grievances. During a high-level meeting held on Wednesday, the Deputy CM emphasized that the government views public servants as essential partners in the state’s developmental journey.
Government Pledges Systematic Resolution
The discussions, which included representatives from several prominent unions, focused on a range of critical issues including pay revision, pending dearness allowance (DA) installments, and structural reforms within various departments. Vikramarka reportedly listened to the concerns of the delegates and promised a phased approach to tackling these demands, citing the government’s intention to maintain a balanced fiscal policy while ensuring employee welfare.
“The government recognizes the dedication and hard work of our employees who serve as the backbone of the administration,” Vikramarka stated during the session. He noted that the Chief Minister is personally briefed on these matters and that a roadmap for the timely release of benefits is currently under deliberation by the finance department.

One of the primary talking points of the meeting was the implementation of the next Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations. Union leaders urged the Deputy CM to expedite the process to help workers manage the rising cost of living.
