Targeted Problem Solving Across 50 Locations
The program will be rolled out across 50 designated centers throughout the city. Unlike traditional walk-in grievance cells, these open houses will operate on a structured, appointment-based model to ensure high resolution rates. BBMP officials have indicated that the primary goal is to provide a transparent platform where property owners can resolve technical glitches or administrative hurdles preventing the generation of their e-Khatas.
To maintain order and ensure that each case receives dedicated attention, approximately 100 citizens will be invited to each center weekly. This controlled environment is designed to prevent the overcrowding that often plagues public administrative offices, allowing for a more focused interaction between the public and city officials.
